Simple way to get your files online and share with friends. Android, iPhone and Blackberry apps to browse your files. Excellent, straightforward interface. Unlike other Pogoplug devices, it can work on the local network without being hacked
No way to safely remove drive except through the web UI. You have to be online to be able to see the IP of the device. Video previews aren't comprehensive, no MKV support. No custom filters/file masks
Playing with the GoFlex Net started with us bridling at how limited the box was, and ended with us falling in love with its simplicity....

Just one USB port for additional drives
Many users will appreciate being able to plug SATA drives directly into a Pogo-enabled dock. It would be nice to see more than one USB port, but you can get around that with a powered USB hub
