  • Attractive design, Good workmanship, Very stable, highquality case, Individualization possible, High image contrast and good color representation, Very good application and 3D performance, Low system noise in office mode possible
  • Heavy weight, Adverse port distribution for lefties, High surcharge for warranty extension, Mediocre display illumination, Price

  • Killer gaming muscle, Solid CPU performance, High definition display, Excellent keyboard for gaming, Solid speakers
  • Flimsy display hinge, Super heavy, Poor battery life, Obscenely expensive
  • It’s the fastest, meanest-looking gaming notebook ever—if you can afford it.

  • Subtle improvements to Alienwares dorm-room-chic design; amazingly fast and powerful; highly configurable.
  • Good configs can get very expensive; no 16:9 display; garish lights dont scream "high end."
  • Alienwares new version of the M17x makes some welcome design tweaks and offers the best laptop gaming hardware you can get. Just be warned: it aint cheap.
