  • Abstract:  This is a digital camera that is easily small enough to fit in a pocket or purse but this does not mean it is lacking in features. It is a 12MP offering that has scene recognition, face detection and auto red eye removal to mention just three....

  • Abstract:  It's been a while since we've seen anything from Fujifilm's premium F-series. It's only a small series, currently consisting of only three models, but it has produced some excellent cameras, including the F31fd and the brilliant F40fd . The last one we lo...

  • If you take mainly impromptu photos of family and friends, youll find the Fujifilm FinePix F60fd a breeze to use. Its automatic scene recognition means theres little to think about before you start snapping, yet it also offers plenty of advanced fea...

  • Abstract:  The Fuji Finepix F60FD is a 12 megapixel, compact camera. It has a large 3 inch LCD screen, image stabilisation and automatic red eye removal. Why Buy the Fuji Finepix F60FD?Most smaller cameras are basic point and shoot models. Although the Finepix F6...

  • Stylish finishing and comfortable handling, Effective face detection; good burst mode, Reasonable noise cancelation features, Compatible with xD and SD/SDHC cards
  • No wideangle lens, Video not in HD, Macro mode is only 7 cm, No automatic image rotation, Noise handling not as good as on the F100fd

  • Serious styling; clever face detection; great pictures
  • Clunky, counter-intuitive controls
  • It may not be brimming with new features and the controls are all over the shop, but the Fujifilm FinePix F60fd looks great and so do the pictures. Capable automatic settings make this a true point-and-shoot, with clever face detection helping it stan...

  • Small form, Detailed shots in full res.
  • Manual mode is inadequate, Terrible Interface, Mid-ISO performance inadequate, Inaccurate color reproduction
  • ConclusionWhile I wasnt too pleased with the FinePix F60fp where high end usage is concerned, its still a decent camera for those of you who wish to buy a point and click device of diminutive form. The detail levels of images were decent even at full...

  • Solid build; large display; scene recognition with Face Detection 3.0; dual memory card slot.
  • Lacks scroll wheel; focusing can be a tad slow; aperture-/ shutter-priority mode not as intuitive as it should be; poor high ISO image quality.
  • The F60fd is a capable shooter but its less-than-desired image quality did not go down well with us.
