  • Abstract:  And here are my thoughts. At short glance, Panasonic Lumix GX9 is a small, compact, interchangeable micro four thirds lens camera. When paired with the included 12-32mm f3.5-5.6 lens kit, it's a camera that I can bring literally everywhere without adding m...

  • Compact quality, the ability to use fancier lenses, a wealth of advanced features including focus stacking and pre-burst
  • Slow photo transfer speeds
  • I liked the Panasonic Lumix DC-GX9 a great deal. It has an excellent set of features, and out of the box outperforms a compact camera by a long way, while not being all that much larger. And it has the potential to deliver stunning shots in all sorts of c...

  • Not weatherproof, A lot of indirect costs (lenses, etc)
  • The PitchLove it or hate it, smartphone cameras have been nothing short of a game-changer for travel cameras like Panasonic's flagship GX range. The gulf between the things you can capture with a full-frame shooter and the things you can shoot with Google...

  • Great photo quality with lots of detail, Can be charged using Micro USB so there is no need to remove the battery, Interchangeable lenses with plenty of options available, Great build quality
  • Battery life wasn't as good as other cameras we have tested, Very heavy for a compact system camera, On occasions, photos came out very dark in low light
  • The Panasonic Lumix GX9 is a great choice for those that want to take excellent photos with a compact camera. The natural light shots impressed us with their detail. Outdoor photos were also very vibrant. But the short battery life and low light performan...
