Uber fast, NVMe support, excellent Samsung warranty, reliability is expected to be great given Samsung's history, suppository size.
Expect to pay a premium for the extreme performance. Compatibility could be an issue as it requires an M.2 PCIe 3.0 x4 interface.
Crazy-fast, Reasonably affordable, Standard M.2 form factor
Capacity tops out at 512GB (for now), Intel SSD 750 Series still faster on some tests, Shorter warranty than on Samsung's SSD 850 Pro
With performance that blows away almost every other consumer SSD, a reasonable price, and a standard M.2 form factor, the SSD 950 Pro is easy to recommend for those who crave speed. But desktop users running very heavy workloads may still want to conside...

No 1TB model as of yet
The Samsung 950 Pro SSD is a terrific drive and a worthy addition to the company's growing M.2 form factor portfolio. In addition, this SSD provides professionals and power users with a way to vastly improve their notebooks and workstations coupled with e...

The Samsung 950 Pro, much like the Intel 750 Series drives before it, makes a splash with its combination of PCIe Gen3 x4 performance and the NVMe protocol. In our review of the Intel 750 Series earlier this year, we called it the future of solid-state s...
Abstract: This is it. This is the day we have been waiting for. Ever since we feasted our eyes on the NVMe version of the Samsung SM951, we've been begging Samsung to release this as a consumer product. Bonus points if it was powered by their 3D VNAND technology. I...
