  • Eyecatching Ferrari design, High performance for a netbook, Comfortable keyboard (except for the cursor keys), ATI XGP port for connecting an external graphics card, Conveniently placed interface ports
  • High price, Glossy coating of the display, Short battery life (compared to the Atom platform), No recovery discs, High temperature of the case, No Bluetooth or WiMAX, Scanty accessories for a premiumclass product, No optical drive and no HDMI connector
  • Acer-Ferrari takes the pole position again. The smallest of the Ferrari family wins due to the sheer lack of competition in the premium netbook sector, being superior to ordinary netbooks with its luxurious design and increased performance. Its racing ...

  • Low base price covers many appealing features, Very good design and feature set
  • Battery life is lower than a typical netbook's, Not very powerful for an ultraportable
  • Excellent design and features compensate for lackluster performance in a cool little laptop that will have netbook buyers considering something just a little bit bigger. ...

  • Nothing if not eyecatching in Ferrari red. Exceptional specs and solid performance for the netbook class. Surprisingly good value.
  • Glossy case quickly becomes disgusting with fingerprints. Screen seems a tad grainy. Weak keyboard. Any of the $400 to $600 laptops with screens larger than 10 inches and processors that are not Intel Atom. See Samsung NC20

  • Sleek design, Good graphics performance, Excellent keyboard, Good multimedia experience
  • Runs a bit hot, Not as fast as dual-core ULV notebooks, Lacks standard HDMI port, Relatively expensive
  • This ultraportable outclasses netbooks when it comes to performance, but you’ll pay a premium for its sports car looks.

  • Performs better than netbooks; unique styling; very good 3D performance; excellent keyboard
  • No Bluetooth in currently available models; mediocre battery life
  • The Ferrari One features standout styling, and it backs up its good looks with excellent performance for a notebook in its size class. ...

  • Abstract:  LAUNCHED to coincide with the Melbourne formula one grand prix, Acer's latest Ferrari-branded notebook is a stunner. The licensing deal between Acer and Ferrari dates back to 2004, when the first prancing horse badged laptop was released. Back then,...
