  • Abstract:  Of all the ultra-mobile PC’s that arrived and will be arriving in 2007, Fujitsu’s has been the most highly awaited. That’s a serious claim, but as soon as people got a look at this device they started to get excited about it. After all...

  • Best ultramobile PC keyboard yet; tablet functionality provides another input option; access to pointing stick even when the tablet lid is closed; inexpensive for a UMPC.
  • Too many keys double-mapped; no mobile broadband (yet); thick screen bezel makes display look even smaller; limited ports and connections.
  • Ambitious but flawed, the Fujitsu LifeBook U810 has more of a traditional laptop design than other UMPCs, but the otherwise excellent keyboard is marred by the loss of several important keys.

  • Relatively affordable, Good screen quality, Lots of hardware controls, Long battery life
  • No mobile broadband yet, Awkward keyboard, Low performance scores, Tiresome mouse navigation
  • The first clamshell convertible in a UMPC form factor, Fujitsus LifeBook U810 is a strong contender in a growing field, despite some quirks. Were still apprehensive about this mini-PC category, and wed like to see a mobile broadband option, but at o...

  • Abstract:  More than a PDA, less than a laptop IAN HARVEY From Thursdays Globe and Mail April 23, 2008 at 11:00 PM EDT Most notebook makers love to brag about how big their screens are; Fujitsu has turned that around by making one of the smallest convertible tab...

  • Small of stature but specified like a behemoth, the Fujitsu LifeBook U810 is a fine ultraportable laptop with features that would shame the odd desktop system. Add in the versatility of tablet and notebook features, and we can see the Fujitsu LifeBook...

  • Abstract:  Är du ute efter en ultramobil dator med vridbar skärm, hyfsad prestanda och överkomligt pris. Finns inte i Sverige men har du vägarna förbi USA så kan du stilla ditt ha-begär.
