  • Sharp display, Speedy performance, Long lasting battery life
  • No autofocus with camera

  • Great battery life, Beautiful, high-res screen
  • Too few distinguishing upgrade features, Desktop remains in Windows RT 8.1, Apps ecosystem continues to stumble
  • Microsoft's second attempt at an entry-level Surface tablet includes negligible spec bumps, and not much more....

  • Improved kickstand, Gorgeous display, Powerful processor, Long battery life, Excellent front camera
  • Limited app selection, Still relatively heavy, Underwhelming rear camera, Pricey compared with full Windows 8.1 hybrids
  • Microsoft's Surface 2 offers a beautiful display, more powerful processor and longer battery life, but the app selection is still lacking....

  • Abstract:  Outside the color has changed to silver and the tablet has gotten a little lighter at 1.4 lbs., though the just announced 1 lb. iPad Air makes it seem heavy (imagine, the iPad used to be the heavyweight tablet among 10" products). It's slim at 0.35" and t...

  • Sharp, brilliant 1080p screen, Stellar battery life and smoother performance, Improved two-stage kickstand
  • Windows RT is arguably a more problematic OS now than it was last year, App selection is better, but still far from great, Keyboard costs (too much) extra
  • The Surface 2 is one of the nicest slices of tablet hardware available, but it still runs Windows RT, which means app selection is limited. Plus, its pricey keyboard covers make the total cost hard to swallow. ...
