  • Great single-player campaign that is made even better by playing co-op with a friend. Original multiplayer that streamlines everything to focus on combat and tactics. Four interesting and fun races to play with. Incredible graphics and sound that make eve...

  • Abstract:  Dawn of War II is here, and considering the pedigree of the developers, real time strategy fans should sit up and take notice. This is the latest RTS from the guys who brought us the original Dawn of War, its numerous expansion packs, and the criticall...

  • Abstract:  It’s not often you come across a game that mixes in two majorly different types of gameplay elements and at the same time turns out to be remarkably well implemented. Off the top of my head I can only think of Puzzle Quest that manages to fit that bill...

  • Abstract:  Its Warhammer, Jim, but not as we know it, now that radical changes have been made by ditching the resource gathering and base building in favour of smaller, faster, more complex units and character development. Gameplay, though, suffers from repetit...

  • Neither the hoped-for epic step up from Dawn of War or the new benchmark for Sci-Fi RTS, Dawn of War II still succeeds as an action-packed hybrid of RTS and RPG styles. Missions could be a bit more varied, but for addictive qualities and slick production,...

  • Innovative and action-packed gameplay, good visuals and sound, impressive multiplayer package, a new take on RTS gaming
  • Needs more multiplayer maps, single player missions get repetitive
  • The original Dawn of War (DOW) had entered into hostile territory. The RTS genre was a tough place with every new release pitted against Warcraft 3, which owned the space for years. But DOW did come through strong and was an instant hit with gamers. ...
