  • Has the hokey charm of a 90s Japanese arcade game.
  • The shootandduck lightgun mechanics are tired, New firstperson mode is tedious and generic, GunCon3 setup is sloppy, Graphics feel flat and airless.
  • A bland first-person shooter mode does little to freshen up the stale taste of this aging light-gun series. ...

  • Abstract:  Time Crisis 4 seems to be out for the PS3 in response to the Zapper attachment for the Nintendo Wii. The Time Crisis series is a classic arcade rail shooter that wrests movement controls away from the player and has them focus squarely on fast-paced gu...

  • A fun way to shoot stuff while sitting on the couch; between all the modes and mini-games, theres plenty to do.
  • Short Arcade mode; no online or multiplayer play; GunCon 3 controller can be unruly; not very next-gen.
  • In case you havent noticed, the shooter genre is thriving, and there is a glut of games on the market to prove it. Theres shooters of every style and flavor -- first-person shooters (Halo 3, Call of Duty 4), third-person shooters (Gears of War), on-r...

  • Guncon Accuracy Is Questionable At Times, Graphics Definitely Need An Upgrade, Arcade Mode Is Criminally Short

  • Abstract:  While other developers walked or ran away from the light gun genre, Namco Bandai has continually pumped out solid arcade shooting experiences for fans at home. With the Point Blank and Time Crisis series, players have blasted, sniped and exploded targe...

  • Plays just like the arcade version, Guncon 3 is well designed
  • Replayability is an issue, FPS mode is interesting but ultimately gimmicky The Final Word If youre a PS3 owner who loves light-gun games then Time Crisis 4 is the only game you need; its also the only game you can have.

  • G-Con 3 controller could be described as "accurate", in the same way that pellet guns at A&P sideshows run by crooked gypsies are "accurate". The game might entertain a bunch of ten-year-olds for several hours.
  • Totally nonsensical plot, dated graphics, awkward controls, overpriced hardware, primitive sound effects, characters couldnt demonstrate more cheese if theyd been sponsored by Anchor.
