  • Abstract:  Another magnum opus from Rockstar, creators of the legendary Grand Theft Auto games, Red Dead Redemption is, at its most basic, GTA in the Wild West. But my lazy description is doing the game a disservice, because as soon as you pull your cowboy...

  • The largest world Rockstar has created, done so with stunning attention to detail - even the ecology has a life of its own. The game offers a wide range of incidental opportunities and rewards tangential play. The Dead Eye mechanic is a ton of fun. The Euphoria physics engine creates charmingly hammy deaths.

  • Abstract:  Yes, it may be Grand Theft Horsey to some extent, but that's missing the point. Red Dead Redemption is a fantastically beautiful, atmospherically charged, just plain well crafted game, with an expansive campaign and much added multiplayer goodness. An...

  • If feeling similar to Grand Theft Auto IV is a criticism, then it's one that most developers would kill to achieve. Red Dead Redemption is a slick and expansive wild west adventure. ...

  • Abstract:  Rockstar’s official seal of quality that we’ve become so accustomed to seeing in the spectacular GTA series is stamped all over Red Dead Redemption. The open-ended game world set across the sparsely populated America Frontier of 1910 may be a far cry f...
