  • Low price, Good screen and design, Latest version of Android
  • Thin volume keys, No Flash support, Mediocre camera

  • Decent touchscreen, Responsive, Android 2.2 onboard, Bundled turnbyturn GPS, Mechanical menu buttons, Cheap
  • Lacks the "wow" factor
  • The LG Optimus One is a sturdy if not entirely thrilling budget Android handset which includes some useful features and a pleasant user experience.

  • Running on Android 2.2; Responsive screen; Packed with a lot of 3rd party applications like Swype and NDrive; Minimal slowdown when running multiple apps; Great battery life; Attractive price
  • Plain design; Flash Player missing on the phone; LG App Advisor not as helpful as expected; Only USB charger included

  • The Optimus One is a huge leap forward from the Optimus GT540 due in no small part to its far superior capacitive touchscreen. It wears its budget limitations on its sleeve but if it’s not quite as fast, and the screen isn’t quite as sharp, as its mor...

  • Android 2.2 Froyo, 'Acceptable' battery life, Value for money, Plays DivX video natively
  • Optimus software unnecessary, Screen isn't responsive enough, Very average camera with no flash, Touchscreen keyboard could be more accurate
  • The Optimus One is hoping to win over more converts to the smartphone revolution, and LG has been sensible enough to include Android 2.2. The build quality, the screen or the processor aren't quite perfect, but they don't stop the One from achieving it...
