  • Abstract:  The Meizu MX4 has kept Meizu's classic small round circle home button except it's bigger. Another difference is that while you can swipe your finger upwards on the MX3's home button to unlock it, you have to double click the MX4's screen to wake it up.The...

  • Very sturdy and ergonomic design, Bright display – great for use outdoors, Low minimum brightness means comfortable viewing in your bed, Snappy overall performance, The 21MP camera is a great performer, Great battery life
  • Limited availability outside of Meizu's online store; warrantyrelated repairs are carried out in Hong Kong, The design of the rear is a bit stale, The display is colder than optimal and gamma is subpar, The otherwise attractive interface has a few kinks t
  • So there you have it – a worthy flagship device that can be had for the price of a much inferior upper-mid range phone from a brand like Sony, LG, or Samsung. That said, do keep in mind that the phone ships from Hong Kong, and all warranty-related repairs...

  • The quality of the screen, A good screen to size ratio, The image and video capture, The excellent responsiveness of the user interface, The user interface's touch gestures, Design and build quality, The excellent audio and media player
  • The slight lack of precision in the localisation of the user interface, The image capture is very mediocre in low light, The lack of NFC
  • In sum, the Meizu MX4 is pleasantly surprising, especially after the sluggish MX3. The device doesn't have any major flaws and even manages to challenge its far more costly high-end competitors across the board. Granted, it's not completely free from faul...
