  • Abstract:  The D900 is a fashionably compact mobile phone; stylish and slim with a great screen, but its camera is disappointing. Many people prefer clamshell phones to soap-bar handsets due to their pocket-friendly size and concealed keypad. Samsungs D900 is ...

  • Abstract:  S amsung is producing an increasing number of mobile phones under the name "Ultra Edition". They include the Ultra Edition 6.9, the Ultra Edition 9.9 and now the Ultra Edition 12.9. We also know the Ultra Edition 12.9 as the Samsung SGH-D900, a model f...

  • 3 megapixel camera, large screen, camera enclosed by design
  • Design makes typing awkward, only 2G
  • If you are after a 2G phone that is thin but still offers good picture taking then the D900 will suit your needs, however its not the best available

  • Abstract:  Samsungs new Ultra range is a bit like Carol Vordermann after her annual detox - slim, but still full of brains. They reckon theyve scooped most of the mobile phone accolades out there (skinniest candybar title, the slimmest HSDPA phone) but havent...

  • Abstract:  Samsungs new Ultra range is designed to illustrate just how much technology they can fit into a slim phone design. So, whilst theyve now got the skinniest candybar title, the slimmest HSDPA phone and a host of other accolades, they havent skimped o...

  • Slim dimensions, Excellent call clarity, 3-megapixel camera
  • No 3G capability, No full-screen video playback, Battery life could be better
  • It always comes back to size. Pack in as much functionality as you like, but pocketability and sheer dimension-squeezing, cant-believe-it design will always get heads swivelling and wallets opening.Samsungs Ultra range, of which the D900 is a debut m...

  • Slim form factor; 3-megapixel camera; stereo Bluetooth; expandable memory
  • Bottom row of keys is difficult to press; camera has a photo light rather than a proper flash
  • The Samsung D900 is not only slim but also comes with enough features to satisfy the most tech hungry of users. Overall, were very impressed with Samsungs efforts at cramming cutting-edge features into slimmer and slimmer packages. The D900, however...

  • Light, Good Build, Bluetooth 2.0 A2DP, 60 MB internal memory, FM Tuner.
  • Poor Camera, No Memory card, Price, Music application cannot be minimized.
  • The D900i has GPRS as well as EDGE, both are Class 10 - thats the best you can get for your browsing experience. The built-in WAP browser is easy to use and wont give you the hiccups. For file transfers, there is Bluetooth 2.0. This phone also has A...

  • Stylish executive design; thin form factor; large, bright display; 3-megapixel onboard camera; memory expansion slot; solid build quality.
  • Lacks 3G; one proprietary port for headset, USB connectivity and charging; soft speakers.
  • A slim chassis, good looks and strong features make the Ultra Edition 12.9 one of the best sliders in the market today.
