The editors liked

  • 음악과 사진 엔터테인먼트를 오롯이 담아냈다. 노이즈 캔슬링 기능은 여전히 강력하다.

The editors didn't like

  • 변함없는 디자인 변함없는 기능. 조금 색다른 무언가가 필요했다

  • Great 23megapixel camera. System performance is excellent thanks to the Snapdragon 820 inside. Frontfacing stereo speakers.
  • Dated, chunky design. Poor battery life. Display has improved very little in three years. Bloatware. No 4K video recording or USBC. Expensive.

  • Flagship-level performance, Water-resistant design, Lightweight, unobtrusive Android skin
  • Not worth the asking price, Lacks some features you'd expect from a flagship, Middling camera, Occasionally overheats
  • Sony, what are you doing? Though the $700 Xperia X Performance features a flagship-level processor and runs well as a result, Sony apparently didn't feel the need to bring anything new to the table. What we have here is a reasonably good smartphone th...

  • Water resistant, Same Snapdragon 820 as the rest of the flagship competition
  • Disappointing battery life, Design doesn't feel premium
  • The Xperia X Performance is totally not worth its flagship title, though it'd be a worthy buy if it were $200 cheaper...

  • Classic Sony design, Metal back, Unintrusive software, microSD expansion, Good camera, Front facing speakers, Vibrant display
  • No fingerprint sensor, No 4K video recording, Volume/camera key feel cheap, Overpriced, considering what it lacks
  • The Sony Xperia X Performance is a good smartphone, but it lacks some key features that are expected from flagships, and its current price point makes the device overpriced, and offers poor value for the money...

  • Looking at all these comparisons individually, Sony's model ended up coming a lot closer to competing on the same level as Apple's market-leader than we ever expected it might, and even where one phone pulled ahead of the other in all the various aspects...

  • Excellent build quality, IP68 dust and water resistant, Minimalistic UI, yet lots of features, Lots of added value and tie-ins, Superb stereo front-facing speakers, Integral part of a high-resolution sound lifestyle, Good VR performance, Amazing camera ph
  • No fingerprint scanner on US model, Mediocre display for a 2016 flagship, Less than average battery life, Camera software can be slow, No 4K recording, Low light camera performance is poor
  • Sony's latest flagship delivers their promise of quality in many respects, paying great homage to Xperia flagships of the past. It falls short in a number of areas though, and for $700 you're absolutely going to find other phones that do just about eve...

  • A tad better outdoor visibility, Better camera overall, Tighter performance, Very fast charing
  • With a more elegant and palm-friendly chassis, superior camera, and much faster charging, the Galaxy S7 is the clear winner here. On paper the phones are near equals, but when we got down to the details, Samsung's flagship turned out to be better in almos...
