  • Abstract:  The entire team here at HotHardware has been plugged into the tech scene for ages. In fact, we've been doing our thing here on-line for close to two decades. And if there's one thing we've learned about our readers in all that time, it's that their affini...

  • Easy to set up. Includes both a controller and motion-sensing camera. Intuitive playing interface.
  • Bottom Line, The LeapFrog LeapTV takes the best parts of other game platforms, adds a good dose of learning, and makes console gaming accessible to a younger audience

  • Well-designed hardware, Kid-friendly software, Versatile controller, Educational games
  • Games seem uninspired, Motion controls aren't that effective, Better for younger children
  • A good attempt at a kiddie-friendly console, though problems with the motion controls and the mixed quality of games on offer holds us back from a full-on recommendation. Leapfrog doesn't need amazing graphics and innovative gameplay to win in this market...
