Slight spin on the Runner formula, Decent sense of humor, Gameplay is actually good, The best Bubsy game, Stemage's soundtrack is great (listen to Metroid Metal as well)
It is just a reskinned Runner title, and to that extent the worst Runner title, Some humor still doesn't work
Fun, Saturday morning cartoon style and presentation, Gameplay is simple, yet involving, Silly characters and a nice soundtrack
Some fake longevity in the form of required victory medals, Routes can get a bit too linear at times, More cutscenes to flesh out the experience would be nice
It took a little over 25 years, but Bubsy: Paws on Fire is the bobcat's first truly great outing. With a fun, cheeky cast of characters and entertaining core gameplay, you won't have to ask yourself, “What could possibly go wrong?”
