  • Abstract:  Does anybody still remember arcades? These used to be the places you could go to insert cash into machines to play amazing looking games that were generally too advanced for the home consoles to handle graphically. As the home consoles have become more po...

  • Abstract:  Umbrella Chronicles ancestor returns from the grave. The House of the Dead games are old. In fact, the original title penetrated our American arcade scene in 1996, which, ironically, was the year that Resident Evil took over our PlayStations. Two yea...

  • Abstract:  The House of the Dead games are gleefully fun on-rails shooters that drop you knee-deep in the undead with a loaded weapon and encourage you to aim for the head. The series places a great deal of emphasis on throwing unconventional monsters at you--suc...

  • The "dogs of the AMS" make their move to the Wii in this fun but brief port of the on-rails arcade shooters. ...

  • Abstract:  I’m truly amazed at just how much time I’ve spent playing my Wii lately. I mean, knew that I’d be into it, but it has been dominating most of my gaming time of late. I’ve picked up new game that I thought I’d share with you, thought you’ve pro...
