  • Abstract:  It's a funny time for the NBA. As the league sits amidst a dramatic lockout, there's not much for fans of basketball to get excited about. Globally recognised athletes stay at home, contemplating opportunities overseas, wasting their talents away. 2K's...

  • Occasionally cheap AI, Some outofplace animations.
  • NBA 2K12 retains its crown as the best basketball franchise by offering a number of worthwhile improvements across the board....

  • Abstract:  I was fortunate enough (and, indeed, old enough) to see a number of the NBA's legends play in person in the '80s and '90s. Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, Dr. J, and many others passed through Salt Lake City to take on the Jazz when I was a teenager -- and ...

  • Abstract:  Frankly, I didn't think that 2K Games was going to be able to outdo themselves; NBA 2K11 was pretty much exactly what I wanted from a basketball game. But 2K12 includes new features I didn't even know to ask for. They overhauled the presentation, strea...

  • No sports game has ever made me this excited to play. Seriously it's all I've been able to think about for the last week. The realistic, challenging, gorgeously animated gameplay carries across a cornucopia of modes. Playing legends of the past, the st...
