  • Reasonable price, Large, easily readable screen, Intuitive interface, Simple, effective window mount, Attractive design, 12 months of free traffic reports
  • Sophisticated traffic setup, Slow interface, *
  • Mio’s Moov 310 sticks to just the basics, and does them right. Unlike similar-priced units like Nextar’s I4-BC, it doesn’t pile on extras like a back-up camera or media player, but it does what it needs to do with elegance and simp...

  • All in all, the Mio Moov 310 is a good deal considering its cost. True, it doesnt have outstanding specs or features, but it does what its supposed to do: provide directions for your destination. The few nuances it provides in the process arent that...

  • Abstract:  I have been testing out the Mio Moov 300/310 for several weeks now driving the highways and byways of the Northeast this spring to check out the latest offering from Mio. The Mio Moov series, including the standard screen 200/210, and the widescreen 30...

  • Abstract:  I’ve been testing the Mio Moov 310 recently, one of the first four models in the new Moov series just introduced by Mio. This product line has a completely new interface, created thanks to Mio’s purchase of Navman. As a result, I will go into the inte...

  • 4.3-inch screen, Street name pronunciation, Fast startup times, One year of free traffic data
  • Small POI database, Map and POI data not completely up to date, Poor GPS reception around tall buildings, Spoken directions too chatty
  • The Moov 310 is a decent choice for the bargain-conscious, but other similarly priced models—such as the V7 Nav740 ($221.99)—deliver a better driving experience for the money.

  • Abstract:  The US$250 Mio Moov 310 lacks many of the extras that youll find on higher-end GPS devices such as the Dash Express, Garmin Nuvi 680, and TomTom Go 720, but this unit is a good buy as an entry-level navigation system. The Moov comes with only the basi...

  • The Mio Moov 310 portable navigation system offers text-to-speech directions and includes a complimentary one-year subscription to real-time traffic updates.
  • The Moov 310 has sluggish performance, including slow route calculations. The user documentation is also poor.
  • The Mio Moov 310 in-car GPS doesnt move very fast with all its performance issues, which is a shame since it otherwise offers a nice set of navigation features for a wallet-friendly price.
