  • At $999, Vizio's E601i-A3 represents a great value for a 60-inch LCD HDTV. This set's big screen can deliver a satisfying sense of visual immersion when you watch TV or play games, and its impressive brightness and contrast make it a good option for view...

  • Huge and cheap — the neighbors will think you paid a lot more. Packed with apps, all of them easy to navigate thanks to keyboardequipped remote. Lots of options for imagetweakers. Presets for every kind of viewing. Surprisingly decent fauxsurround sound.
  • Lacks the sharpness and pop of pricier panels. Slightly narrow viewing angle means you'll need to watch from the couch. Without backlighting, remote gets lost in the dark. No HBO Go

  • Inexpensive for its size. Very bright. Built-in Wi-fi.
  • Not that energy efficient for an LED HDTV. Modest black levels. Colors run slightly cool
  • Vizio's E-series of LED HDTVs offer large screens with built-in Wi-Fi, plenty of online features, and good picture quality, all for a very fair price....

  • The Vizio E701i-A3 is an outstanding value as the least expensive LED TV of its size that also offers Smart TV. Its picture boasts highly accurate color and very good bright-room performance. Plenty of Smart TV content is on hand within a responsive inter
  • The E1i-A3's picture can't match the black-level performance of some competing LED TVs, and suffers from some uniformity issues. Its Smart TV interface design seems a bit dated and cumbersome
  • The Vizio E1i-A3 series is the best value yet among big-screen LED TVs.

  • Once again, Vizio has managed to take a popular segment of the HDTV marketplace and make it accessible to more people without sacrificing performance or functionality with their E601i-A3 60-inch LED HDTV. It's not that the E601i is perfect - no display is...
