- 自走式と比較した場合、電動ルームランナーは「強制的に体を動かせる」という部分が最も良い点でした。だって、運動不足を解消するために購入するような製品なので、自走式を購入して「しんどい」とか言って甘やかすようじゃ本末転倒です。自走式は自ら運動しよう！と強い意志がある方に向いてますが、僕のように運動が苦手という方は電動ルームランナーの方が100倍良いです。これから自宅にルームランナーを導入しようと考えている方は是非参考にしてみて下さいね！YouTen 電動ルームランナー 8km/hモデル 6色 posted w...
