  • Smooth ride, Standard active safety tech, Well-appointed interior on higher trims,
  • Limited third-row space, SE model jiggles through turns with poor surfaces, Uncooperative transmission
  • We criticized the 2017 Highlander SE because of its inability to follow bumpy pavement when taken corners on a bumpy road, which upsets it and causes it jiggle. The SE trim's sport-tuned suspension gives it better handling versus the other Highlander mode...
