  • Abstract:  Video Review: The Antec Skeleton Case has open air design & is really intended for reviewers, testers or anyone who's swapping hardware a lot. Being able to easily & quickly install or remove computer components is a fantastic. It consists of just two parts, the frame & the component tray. The component tray is where the main computer hardware components like the motherboard, drives & PSU gets installed. This case is certainly not for everyone, but being a reviewer I absolutely love it! Watch the video to find out more...

  • Compact, Maintains constant temperatures, Positive Pressure 250 MM Top fan, Expandable to accommodate 6 hard drives,
  • May be hard to assemble (for those with less wiring experience),
  • Although the Antec Skeleton is priced at the Mainstream level, I feel that the mainstreamer (D.I.Y.er) may have a little trouble putting it together. The component tray is tight and can cause a lot of frustration. Now on the other hand, if you have the...

  • Working with the Antec Skeleton is a unique experience. We were pleasantly surprised by how sturdy it was despite the lack of material. It was very easy to pick up and move around thanks to the rounded top and open sides that made for good handles. Th...

  • The world of computer cases always seems like its ready to burst with new products. But the thing is, most of the new ideas arent always quite up to par for functionality. Cases that smash video cards into hard drive cages or have poor options for ca...

  • Design, Innovation, Easy Access To Components, Airflow
  • Open Case, Cant Accommodate Tower Fans, Short Front Panel Cables
  • The Antec Skeleton does not disappoint in any way. It certainly has a few problems like the limited height that forbids anyone from installing a tower CPU cooler or a very big graphics card, the small length of the front panel connector ...

  • Abstract:  Back when I first saw the Antec Skeleton concept images, I didn’t know what to think. Sure, it looked amazing, but was it meant to be a proper PC case or was it designed as a maintenance platform for system builders? Even now I cannot answer that quest...

  • Everybody that Ive shown this case thinks its a unique design. But originality doesnt necessarily make for a better product. We review the Skeleton case to see how its radical appearance affects usability. Any Skeletons In Your Closet? When I first ...

  • Unique design, like no other chassis out there, Open-air design allows for cool ambient system temps, Installation for the most part is intuitive, The 250mm Big Boy fan pushes a lot of air, while remaining quiet, Chassis looks great at night with its mul...
  • An stylish IO panel would have been nice, The Skeleton is to be used with care. Too much could go wrong with an open-air chassis like this, Room can become really cramped in parts, especially with regards to the PSU, Huge heatsinks cannot be installed, du...
  • While using the chassis, there were a few things that worried me. The open styling of the case, while fantastic for airflow, is absolutely terrible for protection. Considering that protecting the components is one of the most important jobs of a chass...

  • This is a difficult case to recommend for a few reasons. The first one is that since the case is completely open, dust and other electronic harming elements will be able to get into contact with the components without going through any extra layers (li...
