  • Abstract:  The effect of thermal interface should not be underestimated in the world of CPU and GPU coolers where much effort is spent to lower the temperature of electronic chips by even one or two degrees. Coolers have got so sophisticated nowadays that we cann...

  • Amazing performance, Low bleed and thick consistency,
  • None
  • I am rather surprised that Tuniq TX-3 was able to beat Noctua NT-H1. Overall performance of the TX-3 was exeptional and frankly i think i have a new favorite thermal compound. Very solid stats and very impressive performance in both idle and loaded sta...

  • Clearly, the Tuniq TX-3 is a very capable thermal paste, producing very good results on a highly overclocked Core i7 CPU monster, and beating two other top competitors head-to-head. The only niggle here is that the TX-3 is rather difficult to work with...

  • I had always used Arctic Silver on all my computer builds up until now. I had always thought that Arctic Silver could not be beat, but i was wrong. The Tuniq TX-3 blows it far out of the water than one can image. I would highly recommend the TX-3 to a...

  • Amazing cooling powers,
  • High Viscosity makes it hard to work with
  • Well here it is the end of the review. Now is when I start talking about what I liked about this paste and some of the down sides. Well as long as you read the testing I don’t think you need me to tell you what a great pro that this product has. But...

  • Excellent performance, Great improvement over the older TX2, Average price for good aftermarket compound
  • Where is my safety info? How do I dispose of it? What do I do if I swallow it or get it in my eyes?
  • There's certainly a lot of truth behind Tuniq's claim to improved performance over the older TX-2. Put head to head, the TX-3 showed me some impressive numbers! It would be great to see Sunbeam and Tuniq stop shipping TX-2 with all their CPU coole...

  • You cant go wrong upgrading thermal compound from the stock stuff that comes with your CPU or aftermarket cooler. But you can do better if you opt for the Tuniq TX3. It clearly outperformed the industry most beloved Arctic Silver which is not a slouc...

  • Impressive performance, Value oriented
  • Very difficult to spread
  • Arctic Cooling has been one the champions of producing thermal compound, but they have been beaten by Tuniq in this situation. I expected it to be a very close call between the two, but, Tuniqs TX-3 came out ahead as the champion. Tuniq has presented...

  • Abstract:  At first I want to thank Derek from Sunbeamtech for sending me a sample of the Tuniq TX-3 thermal compound for testing. In this review I will test the Tuniq TX-3, a thermal compound developed by Sunbeamtech to surpass the performance of their previous ...

  • Much better than OEM thermal interface material, Nonmessy
  • Does not spread easily, Average performance compared to other premium pastes
  • It’s not that TX-3 is a bad paste– far from it; it scored within one degree of our OCZ Freeze, itself a well-regarded paste. But, we are disappointed that the TX-3 didn’t beat Freeze. The TX-3’s stats reveal 30% better thermal conductivity as compared...
