  • Small and light
  • Gets hot with rapid reading and writing
  • The Silicon Power T11 is tiny but you're paying a premium for the small size. Be weary of the drive heat as well. Though it took some consistent use to get the drive really hot (about 15-20 minutes of continuous use for the drive to become uncomforatble ...

  • The Silicon Power Thunder T11 is tiny, very light and very fast when first plugged in. The drive is bus-powered and comes included with a short Thunderbolt cable
  • The drive runs extremely hot, and its performance drops as its temperature rises. There's no support for USB 3.0, and its capacity caps at only 120GB
  • Excessive heat and degraded performance make the Silicon Power Thunder T11 appropriate only for casual Mac users....

  • Small, lightweight fast storage
  • Falls far short of Thunderbolt speed, beaten by USB 3.0 drives
  • The Silicon Power T11 is very lightweight and compact storage drive with good performance. It falls significantly short of real Thunderbolt speeds, but this is true of all current bus-powered Thunderbolt drives. Construction quality and style are on-trend...
