Abstract: Samsung makes some scorching hot hardware, but not in the Galaxy Note 7 wayDо you recall when the PC transitioned from IDE to SATA? Then most motherboards came with both ports, and I recall looking at IDE and wondering why they still existed.SATA...
Abstract: A year later, the 950 Pro range still reigns supreme, but Samsung hasn't rested on its laurels – it's just announced a new line of high-performance NVMe M.2 SSDs – the 960 Pro and 960 Evo, boasting sequential read speeds that are up to 1,000MB/sec faster...

Samsung's new NVMe SSD outruns the pack, with sequential speeds up to 3,500MB per second and capacities to 2TB. But a lack of optimized drivers at launch made measuring its true potential difficult, and with similar-spec, lower-cost drives promised soon...

Classleading M.2 NVMe performance. Nice capacity range. Excellent endurance ratings. Only 80mm long (even the 2TB model). Fiveyear warranty.
In our treasured 24 hours with the 960 Pro, we are struggling to come up with a con. While it is competitively priced, it can't hurt to ask for a discount ;).
