  • The ASUS ROG Strix Z590-E gaming WiFi has a lot to offer any user, starting with a solid 14+2-phase power section, 6-layer PCB, and large effective heatsinks. The Strix-E also runs multi-card setups with NVIDIA SLI support on the gaming or the benching si...

  • If the price tag of the ASUS Maximus XIII Hero was a little too rich for your blood, then you'll be pleased to know that the latest addition to their wildly successful Strix range, the Z590-E, is right in the meat of the Z590 price bracket. Perhaps the th...

  • Abstract:  It's a rare thing when life lets you have it both ways, but that's exactly what you'll find from Intel's Z590 desktop platform, launching today at CES 2021. Z590 motherboards maintain support for the stratospheric clock speeds and impressive multithreaded...

  • The ROG Strix Z590-E Gaming WiFi is beautiful, loaded with features and it offers better value than the MSI MEG Z590 Ace. It's clear there's still some fine-tuning to be done in the weeks before the official Z590 launch, but they're minor and if we had ar...

  • Visually impressive design, Good layout, Features a number of advanced diagnostic features, Offers solid performance, Plenty of USB connectivity, Up to 8 fan headers, Support for up to 5300MHz DDR4 memory, Provides not one but two PCIe 4.0 x16 slots, Off
  • Still being supplied with USB 2.0 ports, Overclocking could be better, No Thunderbolt 4 ports
  • We've already feasted our eyes on a number of Z590 models here at Vortez – each having their own strengths and weaknesses, but should the STRIX Z590-E Gaming WiFi compel you to make a definitive move to Intel's new 11th Gen platform? We have to firstly say...

  • Excellent networking, Four M.2 slots, Good cooling, VRM overkill, USB 3.2 2x2
  • That blurry display
  • It is usual for motherboard manufacturers to increase the price of boards from one generation to the next, even if the socket and general CPU support remains largely unaffected.Asus duly does this with the Z590-E Gaming WiFi, now costing £330, but the...

  • This is a tough one and for me, would depend on the price of it. We always expect to pay a bit more for ROG branded items and that is OK, but in America, the Z590-E is currently coming in at $90 more than a similarly SPEC'd AORUS board which makes it hard...

  • Abstract:  While the PC hardware marker has seen many wins and losses throughout 2020, 2021 looks set to be a big year for Intel, with the launch of their next-generation processors and their new Z590 motherboards… and maybe even a graphics card or two! While it's un...
