  • Abstract:  Video Review: The Commander line of power supplies are currently available in capacities ranging from 650 to 1500 watts. The +3.3V & +5V rails are both 30A each. There are four +12V rails; 12V1&2 are 20A each and 12V3&4 are 36A each, with a combined power of 99A. The efficiency of the In Win Commander 1200W Power Supply varies from 80-84% depending on load. It also meets the 80+ & NVIDIA SLI certifications, has a quiet 140mm fan and is modular. This is one of the best power supplies on the market! Watch the video to find out more...

  • The In Win Commander 1200w is certainly one of the most interesting units we have had the privilege to test. It is a somewhat unique design, comprised basically of two individual 600w PSUs on the same PCB. It does what a PSU should do- it provides cl...

  • Overall this power supply stands out from the rest. The 1200W Commander has a unique style to it which I think looks very nice inside my case. The IN-WIN 1200W Commander power supply not only looks good, it performs amazingly as well. It provides ex...

  • very efficient, quiet at all loads I was able to test at, excellent 12V stability, good ripple suppression, sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet paint job,
  • 3.3V regulation falls apart under heavy loads due to, loose ATX connector pins,
  • The Inwin Commander 1200W arrived fresh off the UPS truck looking to make its mark, and for the most part it did. The unit is big, bad, and will power anything you ask it to without breaking much of a sweat. Unfortunately, like many big CWT designs I'v...

  • Modular, Extremely quiet, Unique color scheme, Plenty of cabling options included, nice bundle, Nice long cables
  • 1200W is still not cheap, Unique color scheme
  • Well, after all that testing, I am impressed. Its not every day that you test a power supply that will put up numbers like that. I simply cannot get over the miniscule amount of ripple we experienced with this PSU. Its well within that 3% that we re...

  • Performance, Looks, Modular, 80Plus Certified, 3 Year Warranty, Vast Number Of Connections, 1200 Watts Of Power
  • Loud At Load
  • The IN WIN Commander 1200W is amongst the first power supplies that feature 3V3, 5V0 and 12V1 sensing wires in the 24 pin motherboard connector cable and so this provides marginally more stable and more accurate voltages. Also the fact...

  • The voltages for the In Win Power Man Commander may not be spot on to the standard voltages, but the numbers it put up are well within the 5% tolerance that we are always looking for our power supplies to produce. When you consider that we are runni...

  • Solid, stable, Modular, Advertised > 80% Efficiency
  • Manuals hard to read, Packaging doesnt say its a power supply, Lacks 80PLUS certification, Undervolted a little in my tests
  • In Win certainly has its soldier on the battlefield of the highly-competitive power supply unit market in its PowerMan series. The unit is very, very stable despite some slight undervolting. The green and yellow motif is bound to look cool in a window...
