  • Solid performance, Voltage regulation is very good, 80 PLUS Bronze certified, Modular cables (with illuminated threaded connections), Definitely a different look than most power supplies
  • Six 12V rails?, Ripple suppression could be better, Connector design raises concerns about damage and longevity, MTBF of 100,000 hours at just 25C, but rated for 1000W at 50C
  • I have been impressed by Kingwin components in the past, but I was unfamiliar with their power supplies prior to this review. While I knew they were able to produce nice drive enclosures and CPU coolers, I wasn't convinced that their expertise was goi...

  • Abstract:  Summing it up, the Kingwin Mach I is a good high-wattage power supply that is quieter than most of its opponents and has beautiful connectors for detachable cables. Its electrical parameters are all right. So, if you’ve got a system..

  • 1,000W continuous DC output (up to 50°), Good voltage regulation, Quiet at all but the highest power levels, Modular power connector management system, Six 12V outputs can deliver up to 80A (960W), Four PCIE connectors support highend graphic adapter
  • Slightly lower efficiency than we would expect from an 80 Plus Bronze unit
  • The Kingwin Mach 1 ABT-1000MA1S PSU with modular cable management delivered good voltage regulation (especially on the important +12V rails) with relatively clean outputs. The efficiency however wasnt quite as good as we would expect to see from an ...

  • Kingwin's Mach 1 1000-Watt ATX power supply brings a lot to the table, and it's all good. With excellent performance, quiet operation, and a very innovative feature set, this PSU could easily find a home in the most demanding systems. For those enthu...

  • efficient, above average overshoot transient performance, PCIE connectors get 70A if needed,
  • bling factor is a bit over the top,
  • The Mach 1 does several things very well. It has the voltage regulation, the efficiency, and the power to be a good contender in the marketplace. It's just too bad that the ripple bug had to come up and cut the legs off the poor thing. All the same, yo...

  • Modular, Blue LEDs, 6 12volt rails
  • Didnt come with more accessories
  • The Kingwin ABT-1000MAIS is a great product for those in need of a larger PSU. It has a modular design, so you know that you wont have a bunch of cables that you dont need all over the place. This is a great feature for many of us who dont have a t...

  • The Kingwin ABT-1000MA1S 1000W Power Supply is not your average power supply it is unique in its modular design and the addition of LED’s around the modular ports is a nice addition to the over all design. Another point I liked is that the PSU is no...

  • Clean stable power delivery, Silent operation, 1000 watts, Modular cables, Gold coated output connectors for cleaner power, Six 12 volt rails, Plenty of connectors, Aircraft style cable connectors, EZGrip Molex connectors, NVidia SLI / ATi Crossfire Ready...
  • Main ATX power cable a tad short for full tower cases.
  • The 1000 watt Kingwin showed us rock solid stability throughout testing with less than 1% deviation from spec on each rail. Aside from clean stable power, the Kingwin also delivers a near silent unit. No matter what load or how much the rooms temper...

  • There are quite a few nice details added to the power supply that I thought were worth the cost. For one, the cable braiding is thicker and fully conceals the wires. Also, the cables sockets are a little unorthodox these days, but they are quite secur...

  • Looking back at the testing, we see totally solid performance from the Mach 1 all around. The 12V line had no variation whatsoever, the 3.3V line had a ripple of only 0.01, and the 5V line still had great performance. Granted a single Core2 Quad and...
