Affordable introduction to a wargame, Quick-Start includes enough information to get started and play a few games
The quality of the lamination is lacking, Missed opportunities for dice, bags, and the design of the ‘Mech sheets, Players should make sure to have their own dice, because two isn't enough, The miniature quality is fine, but there's some details missing
The Battletech Beginner Box is a great introduction to the series, and despite the missed opportunities, it's still worth the time if you're curious about this wargame
