900degree wheel turn, Leather wheel cover, Durable metal parts, Easy installation and detailed programmability, Six customizable buttons on wheel face, Sixspeed gearbox and clutch
Lightweight pedal board slides during usage, Relatively expensive, Not a huge improvement over cheaper predecessor
Although my favorite simulation genre is flight/space games (perhaps because i can't really fly a fighter or a spaceship) i really like to see support for racing games coming from Logitech and other companies. The G27 Racing Wheel may not be an...
Abstract: The Logitech G27 racing wheel is the follow up to Logitech’s wonderful G25 racing wheel that came out a few years back. It is developed mainly for the hardcore gamers who love to experience every bit of the game, and play it in true sense. It is des...
Overall, I realize that while my testing is based mostly on personal opinion, I feel I should state my "credentials" when it comes to using a wheel on the PC. Racing and racing simulators have been my genre of choice for over 5 years. I started out wi...
Abstract: That said, the G27 performs excellently for racing amateurs and enthusiasts. The gearbox is the best we’ve ever tested. It may be a bit slow for drifting, but we are very pleased with the G27.
Improved shifter feel, Excellent build quality, Good tactile feel, Six buttons on steering wheel, LED RPM display, Adjustable pedals, Excellent force feedback, Quiet operation
Lack of Xbox 360 support, No sequential shifter, Too many cords routed to the wheel

Great force feedback effects, Quiet, Gated shifter, Great construction
Shifter slides around, Wheel clamps too small

Produces precise steering across a number of virtual road conditions. Bright LED indicator illuminates when you need to shift. Surprisingly quiet operation. Mmmm ... leather.
Doesn't quite blow its (cheaper) predecessor out of the water. Only Windowsand PlayStationcompatible. Cramped pedals curse players who are leadfooted and bigfooted. Full setup (wheel, gearbox, pedals) means a mess of cords.

Abstract: NameThere's a reason boy racers speed through suburban streets instead of staying home to play racing games on their consoles or PC. Sure, it's also about their image, but hooning around in a real car, frantically shifting gear and fighting with the wheel...

The tested steering wheels all have their own pros and cons. Therefore it's quite difficult to draw a clear conclusion. If you already find 260 pounds a bit much for a steering wheel, then we'd recommend to get your hands on a Logitech G27 as fast as po...
