  • Hardcore hack and slash game play for fans of pure action; excellent voice over work and CG cut scenes; solid storyline even though it doesn’t involve a member of the Belmont family.
  • Questionable design and colors for enemies and backgrounds; repetitive textures and level designs that get old quickly; minimum of platforming elements which historically have been a staple of previous Castlevania games.
