  • Superb sounding audio quality, Tasteful modern design, Solid construction with plenty of premium elements
  • FM radio seems more like a novel addition, You'll need to shell out a lot to buy it
  • Okay, the $300 cost of the Geneva Sound System Model S Wireless is undoubtedly wallet busting, but considering that it's competing in the same space as other high-end speaker systems from big named players, like Bose, we're not all too shocked by this rev...

  • Abstract:  Apart from several changes to the top controls and the replacement of the top dock with Bluetooth wireless hardware, Model S Wireless looks and feels exactly the same as Model S. After choosing from black, white, or red colors, you still get a 9.25” ...

  • Abstract:  I don't have high expectations when it comes to audio. I want something that sounds good enough not to make my friends cringe and doesn't take half a day for me to figure out how to set up. If the device producing the sound happens to look nice, that's...

  • While the Geneva Sound System Model S provides good sound quality and has some unique features, it seems a bit dated and is in need of an update to add AirPlay streaming, a Lightning connector, and the ability to work with iPads as well as iPhones and ...

  • Crisp and clean sound in a relatively small box, Unique design with a motorized rotating dock
  • Very little bass, $300 can get you more bang for your buck these days
  • Christen Costa 3.0 5.0 A simple and uniquely designed speaker that is able to produce clean and cri...

  • It's an expensive piece of equipment, but the Geneva Model S is a well-designed mini hi-fi system. Anyone happy to spend the required money should (hopefully) be used to the finer things, and the Model S doesn't disappoint. ...

  • Sounds as good as it looks, Impressively loud for its size,
  • Some features accessible only using the remote, Touch-sensitive controls too easy to trigger accidentally
  • Simply put, the Model S is great. The unit itself is eye-catching, the touch-sensitive buttons—particularly the scroll wheel—are clever, and the sound quality is excellent. The motorized tray strikes me as a bit unnecessary, but as long as you keep th...

  • Almost as loud as Liberace's wardrobe (definitely cheaper). Chrome pedestal helps reduce reflection (i.e. music sounds better when dock's on the stand). Motorized dock cover automatically closes when iPod is removed.
  • Travelphobic: At seven pounds, this sucker's a pain to relocate, let alone tote. Death of physical media: no CD player! Slight but noticeable sound reflection when not sitting on the stand. Figuring out how to set the alarm requires reading the manual...

  • Abstract:  This month, Geneva debuted its most mainstream product yet: GenevaSound S ($300), also known as the Model S, a distillation of the best-known features of its prior systems into a considerably smaller enclosure—one that can actually be sold in retail s...
