The Griffin Simplifi lets you dock your iPod or iPhone in style, while throwing in a 3-in-1 Flash memory card reader and two bonus USB ports.
The Simplifi is expensive, lacks audio and video outputs, supports only a few memory card options, and in no way transfers Flash-stored media to your iPod.
