  • The Samsung BD-D8900 is a great gadget if you just want to have a single box under the TV. Not only does it play back 2D and 3D Blu-ray discs, it can also replace your Freeview box, HDD recorder and more. It's even capable of converting 2D images to 3D.It comes with a 1TB hard drive, so you'll find more than enough space to record well over 200 hours of your favourite high-definition TV programme
  • With so many features on offer, it's hard to pick fault with the Samsung BD-D8900. For us, the biggest fault is the inability to record two channels at once, but it's not exactly a show stopper.
