  • Sexy look and small dimensions, Overall good sound quality
  • Key pressing is hard, Weak signal reception
  • If you are looking for a stylish and thin clamshell, this may be the phone for you. It definitely looks sexy and fashionable, thanks to the metal housing, but we cannot really live with the keyboard and the way it presses and would prefer to look at co...

  • Abstract:  The SGH-U300, aka the Ultra Edition 9.6, is a super-thin clamshell and the big brother of the SGH-U100. It is part of the Ultra Edition II line, which prides itself on thin handsets that don’t skimp out on features. With a 3.2mpx digital camera,...

  • Stylish, brushed metal design; only 9.6mm thin; external OLED display
  • Flip hard to open, no memory card slot, poor tactile response of keypad and controls, no 3G The Final Word The U300 is certainly a stylish looking handset, but it has too many faults to be recommended as a wise purchase.

  • Super-thin design, 3.2 megapixel camera, Good battery life
  • Touchpad is way too twitchy, No user-replaceable battery, GSM only
  • The U300 may only be a GSM phone with some rather severe limitations ? but its dead sexy. Is that enough? ...

  • Ultra-slim and stylish design; Bluetooth stereo; TV-out; vibration feedback when keys are punched with the phone in silent mode.
  • Difficult to flip open; keypad hard to use; no expansion card slot; no 3G; single proprietary port for charger, headset and USB cable; no camera autofocus and photolight.
  • The Ultra Edition 9.6 is 0.3mm slimmer than its predecessor, but it hasnt addressed the niggling issue we had with the keypad and the option of an expansion card slot is now gone, too.
